Just about until now, Helsinki had been spectacularly sunny and warm decorated with the most magnificent autumn foliage. However, appropriately, during my last day in Finland it started raining cats and dogs. Visions of the cornucopia of funnel chanterelles they call Nuuksio persist in my mind as I depart.
